Delivery Terms
We strive for excellence in terms of our service delivery. As we are an online journal, all our articles are delivered electronically direct to your email inbox and/or via a link to a digital download.
Your Email Address
Your purchased article will be sent direct to the email address you give us within 72 hours of your transaction. However, your electronic delivery typically occurs within moments of your completed transaction. A download link to your article/presentation/paper will also appear in the 'Thank You' page after you have completed your transaction. We will also email you the download link and/or PDF file direct to your email inbox.
In order for us to deliver your document item(s), it is very important that you provide us a correct email address. Failure to do so may result in a delay or non-delivery of your items. Please also refer to our Privacy Policy.
72 Hour Delivery Window
We will typically 'electronically deliver' your article to your email address on the same day of transaction and/or within moments of your confirmed transaction. However, as we use PayPal as our Transaction Partner, your payment will need to be confirmed to us by PayPal. This is an administrative ‘behind the scenes’ procedure and is standard practice within e-commerce. This can take up to 72 hours, depending on the volume of business PayPal is dealing with.
Once PayPal have confirmed your payment to us, we will then process your order and email [i.e. deliver] your item(s) as stated. If your payment is confirmed immediately (as is typical), then we will provide you with a LINK for you to download your article immediately after your successful transaction.
PDF Documents
Our articles are sent to your email address as PDF file attachments. You will require Adobe Acrobat Reader to open and read your PDF document. Adobe Acrobat Reader software is the free global standard for reliably viewing and printing PDF documents. Most Desktop PC’s, Tablets and other mobile devices have Adobe Acrobat Reader pre-installed. However, if you do not have an up-to-date version of Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can download it here for free.
Please note that if your PC and/or device cannot open Adobe Reader, no refund of your purchase can be made once we electronically dispatch your order.
All our articles are checked for known computer viruses and malware before we send them. We will only deliver 'clean' and virus free products. However, you are also strongly advised to run your own virus check before opening any attachments. Though we take every reasonable precaution, please note we cannot be held liable whatsoever for any damage to any hardware or software, or implications thereof, that may be caused by external and malicious computer viruses attached.
Non-Delivery
If your item has not been delivered to your email address within 72 hours of the transaction, or if your download link does not work, then please contact us through our Support Centre and we will deal with any issues as soon as we are able.
However, in the first instance, please check your Junk Mail folder in case any email from us has been inadvertently sent to your Junk Mail.
Additionally, if there is an issue with us confirming your payment, then we or our Transaction Partner PayPal will notify you. We may then delay or cancel your order and notify you accordingly.
